Garett Johnson is the love of my life. He is my best friend. He is currently in his last year of the masters of accounting program at BYU. He recently accepted an accounting job in the tax department at Ernst & Young which he will start after he graduates! He is such a hard worker and wants so much for his family. And oh yeah he's a stud! Just look at that handsome face. Anyway, Garett takes such good care of me! He will do the dishes, massage my stinky calves after a soccer game and will get up with Anders in the morning so I can sleep in. He loves snowboarding, accounting, flying his toy helicopter and terrorizing his little boy : )

I, Kaylyn, am a wife, a mom and an entrepreneur! So crazy! Both are way more amazing than I could have imagined. Not everyday is a cake walk though. I stay at home with Andersen all day and make sure he doesn't get into too much trouble. We are expecting another little boy in about 5 weeks! I also run my own Etsy shop, Ander's Attic.

Andersen is awesome! He pretty much makes my day everyday. He is so talkative and makes a comment about anything and everything. He loves anything with wheels! He can name every kind of tractor and truck. Every time we go to the library he only wants to check out books on tractors, trains or planes.

He has us wrapped around his little finger. I mean, how could you not be?! He is adorable. And his silly personality and smile makes it hard to resist him! I think he might struggle a bit with sharing attention with his new brother here in the near future.

Anders will be 3 years old this summer. Where has the time gone?! He is potty trained and is growing up too fast.  

{our story}

Like I said above, Garett is the love of my life! I met him in our single's ward in Spokane, WA after he returned home from the MTC (Missionary Training Center) because he was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He had just finished up chemo when I really got to know him. Garett's home teaching companion was my friend so he started bringing Garett around and the rest was history. I was drawn to his tall, blonde, handsome self instantly.

We met in January 2011, started dating April 2011, got engaged May 24th 2011 (read about his proposal here) and got married July 15, 2011.  Yeah we don't mess around. I knew I wanted to marry him by the fourth date. He was everything I was looking for in a husband, friend and eternal cohort.

We have had almost four years of awesomeness (marriage). We welcomed Andersen to our family June 22, 2012 right before our 1st year anniversary (read about his arrival here) and we are expecting another little boy in May!

We currently live in Provo, UT but will be moving to Dallas, Texas next summer for a job opportunity.
